By using Bayn you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Accounts & roles

You must provide accurate registration information. Suppliers, dropshippers, and admins are subject to additional verification. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Orders & payments

Customers place orders subject to product availability and stated prices. Cash on delivery (COD) is the default supported payment mode unless your deployment explicitly enables gateway checkout. Suppliers are responsible for fulfilling approved orders.

Marketplace conduct

• No fraudulent listings, counterfeit goods, or misleading pricing.
• No abuse of referral, commission, or payout systems.
• No attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or role restrictions.

Limitation of liability

Bayn is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Operators may customize deployments; refer to your deployment operator for jurisdiction-specific terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
